We are a co-operative studio, meaning each instructor sets their own schedule, prices, and decides how to collect payment from their students. This subscription-free model offers both our instructors and our students ultimate flexibility in creating a custom fitness program suitable for their lifestyle and schedule.
Within our co-op, our instructors are free to cultivate their unique style and develop a following for their specialized classes. This allows our students to practice in a like-minded, highly-curated environment that they also get to choose.
