RESTORATIVE YOGA

Absolutely no experience needed for this deeply relaxing, healing and therapeutic practice that anyone can do and everyone will benefit from. Props support you throughout this very gentle and passive class, inviting the body to soften and open. Each class consists of 2-3 restorative poses held for 10+ minutes. Class ends with a guided meditation called yoga nidra, which will leave you super relaxed and primed for a good night’s sleep.

GENTLE FLOW

This gentle flow practice is suitable for those new to yoga or those looking to fine tune their practice. Each class incorporates lots of stretching through seated and standing poses, breath work and meditation. We begin and end with relaxation. Your body and mind will feel amazing when you leave. All props provided. Just bring a mat if you have one.

BEGINNER YOGA

Have you been wanting to try yoga but feel intimidated because you've never done it before? If so, this class is for you!


No prior yoga experience is necessary. We will start with the basics and build a foundation week to week. This class incorporates yoga poses, breath work and meditation, ending with a relaxing 15-minute Savasana.

THE CIRCLE

You are invited to the circle where you will have the opportunity to practice mindful movement, grounding, and breathwork to calm the nervous system, clear emotional energy, and create a sense of safety through awareness of body sensations. Appropriate for all levels.
